Financing Experts!

Went here first time this week, accompanying a close buddy of mine on his quest for an upgraded vehicle.  My past experiences with dealerships have unfortunately led me to purchase all my vehicles via alternative routes.  As a woman with little knowledge or understanding of the process to owning/leasing one.  Personally, I have struggled.  I have never been a fan of feeling pressured with overwhelming sales pitches. However, at M&M, with no intention other than to support my close friend, I just HAD to recommend this place!  For starters, I felt comfortable the moment we walked in, as we were immediately greeted.  All of the staff were beyond pleasant...  Even the atmosphere had great energy.  Special thanks to the Finance Manager Ryan for helping us.  It was surprising we were told he was a newer staff member.  With his help and guidance, I am set on returning to sign a deal on my own upgrade.  I genuinely appreciate Ryan for taking the time to work with us and for all of the extra help.  He was very patient, informative, and he dedicated his time to explaining the financial part (what my previous hardship was). In my opinion great customer service!! I am now eager to return this week and drive off in my hopefully OWN vehicle..  Woo Hoo! 5 stars from me all around 🙂
